Remote Support – In most cases, it is not necessary to have a computer technician onsite to fix your network or computer problems. Our unique remote software allows us to access and repair most computer problems right from our office. No more waiting around for a technician to show up.

Onsite Support – In the event that you need an onsite visit, we have technicians ready to be dispatched Monday-Friday, 8AM-6PM.

Warranty Support & Service – We are Central Florida's Authorized Service Provider (ASP) for Lenovo & IBM PCs and Servers. This includes the entire line of Lenovo ThinkPad, ThinkCentre, ThinkStation and ThinkServer equipment AND the entire line of IBM System X (xSeries) servers. Block-Rate Discounted Support – If you prefer to have discounted Remote and Onsite Support, then you can pre-purchase 10-Hour Block Rate Support. Block-Rate Support is pre-purchased and discounted according to the amount of hours desired.

Afterhours & Weekend Support – Emergency Afterhours and Weekend Support is available. We ALWAYS have a technician available 24x7 to respond to any need that may arise. In most cases the technician will return your call within one hour of initial contact.

Individual Projects – Whether you’re a small business that needs its first server or a large corporation requiring a network overhaul. We have the experience needed to tackle any technology project you may have.
